Description
Croquettes made with wheat dough stuffed with minced lamb and pine nuts.
Derived from the arabic word Kuba, which mean dome, it is usually made by pounding bulgur wheat together with meat into a fine paste and forming it into balls with toasted pine nuts and spices. Kibbe preparation is a well known custom among Lebanese, where grandmothers usually took the charge of pounding the kibbeh in a special jar and the entire family gathering around her to support with the task.
